HACCT, responsible for Huddersfield Carnival, invites you to their Annual General Meeting on
Sunday 24th September 2017 at 4.00pm – 6.00pm
At this meeting we will report on our achievements and challenges, our most recent audited accounts, income and expenditure for Huddersfield Carnival 2017.
Applications Forms can be requested by email to firstname.lastname@example.org and returned by Sunday 17th September 2017. Aplications beyond that date will not be accepted on to the executive committee but will be considered for membership on our sub groups.
We are inviting applications from skilled individuals to become actively involved on the Executive Committee and sub groups. Opportunities include Chairperson, Assistant Chairperson, Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer, Secretary, Assistant Secretary Safeguarding Officer, Media & Marketing – Website and Social Media Communication, Sponsorship Lead, Building/Health & Safety Lead, Fundraisers, Events Coordinators, Online Fundraising volunteers, Bid Writer/s and much more.
